Our CEO and Executive Chairman, Dr. Dilesh Nguwaya, has been named the Outstanding Entrepreneur CEO [Super Platinum Winner] at the Zimbabwe’s Top CEO of the Year Awards hosted by the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network.

Dr Nguwaya has done great work in transforming how waste management is done in Zimbabwe.
Geo Pomona Waste Mananagement Pvt Ltd under the leadership of Dr Nguwaya has built a waste management plant in Pomona, which is a first of its kind in Southern Africa. The waste-to-energy plant will also produce 16-22 Megawatts of electricity, which will be fed into the national.
Dr Nguwaya has also led an efficient door-to-door waste collection system in Harare. The company bought 300 carts for street sweeping in the capital. Clearing of illegal dumpsites has left residential areas with better environments.
