President Mnangagwa and other nationalists made selfless sacrifices to free the country from the colonial.
Finally, Zimbabwe became independent on 18 April 1980, following a protracted liberation battle.
Thus, today Zimbabweans gathered in Murambinda where President Mnangagwa addressed the nation as part of the Independence Day celebrations.
