The World Food Programme (WFP) is exploring a potential partnership with our company on future waste management initiatives, in a move that could strengthen sustainability efforts and enhance environmental innovation in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The possible collaboration was highlighted on Wednesday when WFP Head of External Relations and Communication Ifeoma Garba led a delegation on a tour of our waste management facility in Pomona, where she witnessed first-hand the transformation of what was once a long-neglected dumpsite into a modern waste management solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garba commended our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman, Dr Dilesh Nguwaya, and the entire team for pioneering a locally driven model that is attracting regional attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am excited that this transformation was made possible by our own Zimbabweans for Zimbabwe,\u201d Garba said, acknowledging the ingenuity and commitment behind the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Nguwaya said our company is encouraged by growing interest from across the region in adopting similar solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We have hosted delegations from Malawi, Lesotho and Botswana, among others. It makes us proud that these countries are considering replicating our technology and approach,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
